The fee for the Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR) is a one-time charge, and the report remains valid for thirty (30) days as dictated by our screening partner TransUnion™. Once this period ends, to obtain a new report you must complete a new Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR) form and pay the cost for a new report. You will then have another thirty (30) days to invite up to 150 landlords to view your Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR) powered by TransUnion™ data while you search for your rental home.
